DESIGN/ STYLE NOTES:
   
This deep saucer would have been originally intended
as a saucer for a beaker of the same design.
     
Decorated with sprays of delicate garden flowers,
typical of the Rococo Style,
and painted with a gilt dentil rim.
 
BODY: Soft paste porcelain
STYLE: copies of Meissen; later, Rococo wares
