DETAILS:
 
The Hat comes with the OCTAGONAL Shaped
BLACK & WHITE Hat Box with Rope Handles
 
MEASUREMENTS:
The hat is egg-shaped when examined from the underside. 
It measures approximately 18.5 inches at its longest. 
It measures approximately 15.5 inches across. 
Head area measures approximately 7.5 inches across. 
It is secured with a Gold tone inner satin band which is 
loosened or tightened by a drawstring.  
 
The BRIM of the hat comes slightly upturned on one end
and sloping downwards on the other. 
The top hat assumes the slopes of the brim. 
 
The hat is decorated with a 2 inches wide WHITE Ribbon with silver glitters
The hat is adorned with Plumes of Ivory Coloured Feathers in 
their natural shape and some have been cut in the fashion of trailing arrows. 
The neutral feathers are then balanced by the addition of 
DARKER Coloured Black & Reddish Brown
perhaps PHEASANT feathers
 
The hat itself is made of natural PLANT fibres called SINAMAY, 
extracted from the ABACA Plant which is 
NATIVE to the PHILIPPINES
 It gained POPULAR Audience during the 1904 St. Louis WORLD EXPO. 
 
This is a PROPER Society Hat. 
Traditionally used in WEDDINGS. RACES, SOCIETY EVENTS,
SPECIAL & FORMAL OCCASIONS.
