TRAVEL BY KAGO AND JINRICKSHA IN JAPAN

The light two-wheeled jinricksha is used for travel
in most of the cities of the Far East.
Here is a Japanese lady in her jinricksha,
and another in her kago,
which is a kind of bamboo hammock slung on poles
and carried at walking pace by bearers.
The “rickshaw” is known not only in Japan
but in South Africa, Ceylon and China.

This is a lovely ANTIQUE PRINT that would look lovely in a FRAME.
