This Engine was decorated to

collect funds for Australian Soldiers,

it was a special day and this is what helped a little.

You will see Uncle Dave,

he is 3rd standing up very stout,

with a railway cap on,

Dad is 3 further on,

and Wallie is almost behind Dad,

wearing a cap.

I have marked them with a cross.

Dad has altered a great deal, don’t you think so,

he has got much thinner.
