It is a PRACTICE and a WAY OF LIFE. You practice and engage with life with a ZEN PERSPECTIVE. Start your day with MEDITATION. Stop PRIORITISING WORK (jumping straight to work for that matter) over WELLBEING. You are focusing on your BOTTOM 80% instead of your top 20% (80/20 Rule aka PARETO PRINCIPLE). No wonder your thinking is "as clear as mud" lol. When preparing your cup of tea, be still and savor the peaceful surroundings. When in the toilet, read a PHYSICAL BOOK and just practice SLOW LIVING. Put your phone down for crying out loud. No wonder you are so edgy, you fill your pockets of PEACE & SILENCE with ONLINE DISTRACTION. What is your little bit of distraction is slowly leading to your DESTRUCTION. Sad but TRUE! You have been a PRODUCTIVITY junkie. You’ve got all the productivity apps running in the background tracking your health, workout, and work time. Then slowly numbness and brain fog creep in, then loss of appetite, then a feeling of doom and gloom, then a feeling of emptiness and lack of progress. This is what happens when you focus too much on your productivity and ignore your wellbeing. Sometimes going fast is not the way to speed things up. Sometimes, SLOWING DOWN is really the way we should move forward. Learn how to SLOW DOWN. PRACTICAL TIP! It's easy to say SLOW DOWN. The way you learn this by heart is to start INCORPORATING Small Things into your daily life. Your mind needs to learn your tempo. This is about the PROCESS and not the OUTCOME!
